This workshop is for high school seniors or recent graduates (participants must be at least 16 years old to participate) interested in a Culinary Arts, Baking and Restaurant Management Career. The workshop will include a campus tour and an admissions and financial aid presentation where you will learn more about ACI’s diploma program. Participate in a fun hands-on culinary workshop directed by ACI Chef Instructors.

Participants will view cooking demonstrations by Chef Glenn Humphrey, CEC, CCE. and then replicate the lesson using basic knife skills and cooking methods. These methods will include saute, blanching and shocking, making a pan sauce and the pilaf method.
